I've put over 2k into my accounts to play at this casino and it's sister sites. Wheni first opened accounts it was like any other casino. There were wins and losses, as to be expected. Now when I play, nothing ever hits and the screen will freeze up and look like it's resetting. I clean my cache and log in and out but this is a regular thing on the sites. I've messaged them and they say they will ask management if there's free coins I can't get, as if that has anything to do with the issues at hand. I'm convinced they're just eating money and every blue moon a big amount will hit that they will take back with more losses so there's no withdrawal until a free spin bonus of $200 or less. Those are the only times even a small amount is ever won by me and, as mentioned, I'm a regular and I deposit a lot. I make withdrawals from all casinos, not them anymore. I just want game logs and assurance by someone other than the staff that blows me off when questioned.

When did you first start experiencing those issues? Did you create any evidence of videos of the frozen game? Did you try to use a different device or browser to play in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

It's been this way a lot lately. I'm really hoping I'm just thinking this up in my head, since I make so many deposits. I've even asked for a few chip, since I usually get them monthly, occasionally even two or three a month per sister casino. I'm not happy and I'm considering that perhaps it's me. But, I did nothing l notice that I'm only able to make a withdrawal on free spins and not my regular deposits and it's been this way for several months now

Scientific theory time. Made a few deposits to watch myself, to make sure I'm not just making this about me specifically. I don't play with bonuses when I make larger deposits but I made one with one and two without. Without the bonus they basically are through it and as soon as I got cash back the wins were back to normal. With the bonus, also normal. I guess the play back means you won't just take off with the win. Either way, this isn't in my head. It's obvious.

Oddly enough, after several hundred dollars this week, mostly without bonus, no winning. Zilch.... But as soon as that cash back coin with a small max cash out was in the games were hitting like crazy. I couldn't even withdrawal a portion of what I deposited. This time I took pics and vid to show the drastic difference of the play without a bonus vs with and also with a max cash out. I even looked over my cash outs..... All on free spin coins or free chip. Something is definitely not right here and I feel like I've been taken advantage of.

I've done way too much research on these casinos to feel this way. I would like to consider this complaint resolved, due to the fact that I didn't take into consideration that their RTP is lower than the other casinos I play and that is why I'm uneasy about the winning there vs others. It's logical and mathematics and not the emotion I've complained with.

Most casinos share their RTP and you can follow it. But please take into consideration that even a casino or game with higher RTP can have a losing streak and as it is pure gambling, nothing can assure you positive outcome.
