I deposited 4000€ and won 21900€ then wait to verify me , it took more than 4day to verify me , and when I requested for withdrawal they removed all the money and they said it’s from bonus , seriously my heart will stop.

Did you receive the bonus together with your deposit, or was it a free, no-deposit bonus?

Has the casino voided your entire balance, or just capped your winnings to a lower amount?

I am very disappointed in what they have done. I started reading about this casino after it took over 3 days for them to verify me and after I sent them over 100 emails they responded and verified me.

the profit I won is not easy to forget, and not easy for me to accept that they deleted 20900€ in addition to the 1000€ they accepted now.

I don't remember how I went bonus and what hand after that, the one I remember I had 200€ and started playing until I got a big win on a game like what (70x) after that they became like 3800€ then played for (50€) for each spin and got a big profit of 23800€, after this started playing a little then stopped playing and started contacting customer support and asking if that sum is rich, their answer was it is rich money and I have screenahot on all messages , I asked after this sum about the rich several times at different times, and every time I ask is not with the same staff and everyone accepts that they are rich money.

it's scam casino, I read a little about the casino review on different pages, and everyone who wrote about the casino is bad, everyone started their text with it's a scam and ended the text with it's a scam.

seriously, if they won't send the entire winning money, which is €21,900 (over SEK 270,000), I want my entire €4,000 back that I deposited at the Scam casino.

they are doing something strange on my profile, I looked now and it says more withdrawals that I have not made. You can see in an earlier screenshot that there were 3 withdrawals in total, 2 of which they canceled and one of which they accepted, and now there are 5 withdrawals, something strange they are doing there.
