I played and got lucky . Then I understood that in order to withdraw I need to wage 40 times my first deposit and bonus. I did that and then the program allowed me to withdraw. After 3 days the team told me that I didn’t wage the right amount before the bonus and they only refunded my initial deposit. Instead of 17000 usdt. Day light robbery. What to do? They gave me back 1499 usdt instead of my 17000 usdt . Are they a mob?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the terms and conditions and I found this rule https://celsiuscasino.com/bonuses-terms:

"1.15 If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance will be forfeited"

We believe that enforcing such a rule without proper precautions is predatory, and instead of canceling the player's winnings the casino should instead allow the player to finish the wagering of the bonus.

Could you please explain if you were aware of your current wagering progress of the bonus during the wagering and if you were warned at any time about what might happen when you proceed with the withdrawal of your winnings?
