I took a wager x40 (first bonus 100%), i finished it, and since over a week, i keep contacting the supoort because they blocked my withdrawal for "verification bet". Everytime im contacting the support they are telling me "it'll be verified in 48h" since then, its always the same speech. And still waiting for my money.

they ask to verified my account so yes I did upload my document 3 times but still not confirmed. Apparently I can’t withdraw because they are doing a "verification bet" to make sure that I respected the wager that I got. For me it look like they are taking their time to try to make me use my balance to play on the casino. I’ve been contacting everyday the support and they are telling me that they are on process "it will be done in 48" but still nothing and withdrawal blocked, they also muted me from the chat because they don’t like my question and deleted message from the chat. I didn’t even try to withdraw everything but only "100$" to make sure that it’s working but still not working.
Just a little update, I tried to withdraw all my fund. Still blocked, can’t see the money anymore on my account but haven’t receive anything. Still "in verification" while on transaction it say "success".
