The player's deposited money disappeared without any explanation. We ended up closing the complaint as unresolved because we haven't received any response to the player's issue.

Could you please advise what do you mean by the casino "changed the site"? Was your account verified in the past and if yes, when exactly?
Please note that as the withdrawal may take up to 14 days, it may be still paid out even though it's not on the withdrawal list anymore.

I created the account on March 2020, I received the confermation email and I did bets, plays and withdraws.
This September I had this problems after they closed the site for a maintenance, and for changing platform (If I'm not mistaken they have joined Vertbet).
When I was able to log in again, September 11, I only had 36 euros in my account instead of 4400
Now I can't even access my account anymore because when I started making complaints to get my money back they blocked me !!

The casino representative replied the casino migrated to a new platform and they experienced some technical difficulties, that resulted in players having login problems. If your issue persists you should contact their support.

nothing has changed in more than a month: I cannot access my gaming account, and the money has not been returned to me.
Contacting their support is completely useless, because they just say to wait (it's been over a month already !!) and they don't provide information.
I would like to know if it is possible to report them by contacting the police or other authorities.
Any other site would have credited me back into my checking account after a few days.

I tried to contact the casino repeatedly, after their first reply but they stopped responding. I’m afraid, there is not much that can be done without cooperation from their side. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
