The player from Canada had experienced a delay in receiving her withdrawal of $500 from CBet Casino. Despite several attempts to seek help from the casino's customer service, she had only received $100 credit on CBet, with the remaining $400 still missing. Despite our efforts to mediate the issue by contacting the casino, we had received no response. The complaint had been marked as 'unresolved', which could have potentially affected the casino's rating. We had advised the player to file a complaint with the gaming authority that regulates the casino - Gaming Curacao. However, the complaint was reopened upon the player's request and had eventually been resolved. The player then requested to delete the complaint to avoid creating negative publicity for CBet.

CBET - Worst online casino ever - SCAM

Worst casino ever! I decided to try this casino cuz a streamer was playing it, seems to be nice...yeah .. no. Nice to play, but not nice when you dont have your money back after winning.


I win a little 500$... i was so happy. I transfered it (Interac transfer) , and never received it. Im still waiting... after 20 days!!! Imagine if you put 1000$...10000$.. ! For me, 500$, it was a big win and its MY money. So, in fact, I just got stole by CBET.


The live chat people give me automatic answer and the support mail asked me for paper (bank account ect) that i already send 5x!!! Im not able to talk with someone or have concrete help. They offer the french language service, but i feel like they dont understand the problem. Until someone name Lazar, was talking with a good french and i was like... oh yeah ! Finally! But no. He do the same as the live chat, he say that they will check for my money problem and i have no comeback...I was so excited to win in slots, but yeah, its a SCAM. Some people get their money and others dont. After 20 messages, the situation is the same : your transfer is complete. Everything is fine. and me saying... no it is not fine x20.


DONT PUT YOUR MONEY ON CBET, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET IT BACK.


I have a lot of screenshots and all, but in french, so i dont think that will help xD but yeah, im very frustrated and sad. If you want to try cbet.. just dont. My advise ❤

My english is not very good.. but, they send me my money. I did not received the interac transfer. But they said that i did. So i prove myself. They send me 100$ Credit on Cbet and tell me the problem was fix lol... like play your 100$ on slots again to lose it.. where is my 400$ also.. so yeah my 500$ is floating somewhere in the hands of someone.

They give me back 100$ on cbet lol that i can withdraw.. and my 400.. is, i dont know where lol.


The big problem is not the prolonged withdraw process... the problem is that they said that my problem does not exist lol 3 support member said oh i see that everything is fine. All your withdraw are complete...after explaining EVERYTHING ... i got that answer , this is so frustrating 🤣 but yeah at this point , i dont have big hope to get my money back. Disgusting.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Hellou! Yeah, i dont have hope anymore. 🙁 they just stole my money... i put like 450$ on it, cuz i was sure they are legit due to streamers ane publicity. But yeah, they took the ez way.. "your problem is fix, your money have been send" ... this is not true, i did not receive anything since the 21 september. I keep explaining my situation.. feeling anxious and sad, and finally get no concrete answer. They keep saying the same thing, but they dont understand that i dont receive a mail, a payment, or anything. Somethings wrong, and nothing change. I mean i said... i didnt not receive any paiement or email guys.. and they answered your money is on the way 🤣🤣🤣 but it cant be cuz i cant even accept something.


So i just got stole, and the only thing that i can do, its prevention for others. Dont put your money on this online casino. Sorry for my english, its not my primary language but i do my best to let people know that their money wont return in their pockets.


CBET is a scam guys.

And thank you Guru for trying to help people like me. I will wait for a cbetcasino answer, but for the moment, i dont have hope.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I am afraid, there is not much that can be done without cooperation from the casino's side. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this is not a satisfactory solution to your issue. Before submitting the complaint, make sure you provide all the necessary information: your personal data, the casino details, your login details in the casino, the issue description, and supporting attachments if it is needed.
