The player from France had been unable to withdraw his winnings from CBet Casino due to increasing bet requirements. The player, who had had a verified account for several months, had been playing crash game and score bet without using any bonus. However, before the Complaints Team could fully address his issue, the player had lost all his balance. As a result, we had had no other option but to reject the complaint due to the absence of winnings to be withdrawn.
