The player's account got blocked for unknown term violation. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
During a bonus they just decided to terminate my account and just told me to read the terms and conditions. I asked what I did they said they couldn't tell me and told me to email the complaint line never got a response. Only put on 100 bucks and had like 150 on it.. you would think they would give a guy a heads up but nope. Such a joke
