If you have an issue and try excluding yourself from this website or any of their related casinos like wildz they will ignore it. I was able to deposit $2,000 despite self exclusion and it allowed me to deposit and keep on playing until I ran out of money. Do not expect them to assist you at all or honor self exclusions, there's a reason they operate in a country that doesn't offer any sort of protections.
