Moved to a bonus game with 3 scatters (pyramids) while playing in the above game. Forced logout from Kasmo site for some reason during the bonus game.
When I logged in again and opened the game, I could not restart from the middle of the bonus game, and it was in the state before the bonus game started. (Scatters are not available)
Contact customer support immediately but no response to date.
Leave the problem alone. Unresolved state.
