The player from Finland won €1100 in September 2023 and repeatedly emailed the casino requesting the withdrawal. The casino did not respond and kept redirecting the case to another department, delaying the payout for nearly a year. The complaint was resolved as the player confirmed that the casino finally paid out the winnings. The issue was marked as resolved by us.

I won 1100 euros in this casino September 2023. After that, I've sent numerous emails requesting the winnings to be paid to my bank account.


They don't even answer my emails now, only that they've sent this case to some other department. It's been almost a year!


What a scam site.


I'm not sure what screenshots to provide that would be relevant. I do have a screenshots from my balance of 1100 euros, their terms and emails that say nothing relevant.

Did you request a withdrawal of the 1100€ you won last September? Was it cancelled by the casino? Have you received an explanation for why your winnings cannot be withdrawn?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Could you please confirm that you passed the full KYC verification?

Have you continued playing in the casino after this issue with your withdrawal? What is the current balance in your casino account?
