The player from Canada had his winnings from a cashback bonus confiscated due to a breach of the rule about the maximum allowed bet. After gathering the evidence we concluded the casino's actions were justified.
My withdrawal was confiscated, I was unaware of the bonus rules because in the account bonus section it tells you nothing about your bonus other than the amount and the progress bar. Yet another casino giving a hard time with sneaky tactics. If I was able to withdraw the funds,I must have clearly completed the bonus properly as the picture proves. But no, this is what I getI did contact them with no help or understanding. I completed the bonus and then did bigger bets, unaware of the unholy rules they play with and this is what I had to sayThe progress bar kept glitching out going as high as 120%. This is an impossibility that I should have to deal with. I just got layed off from work, was happy to win and my dreams were crushed by these rules that aren't made aware by Casiqo developers. They hide it in other tabs of their site. I'm in anguish.

Any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering: 5 EUR/USD, 8 CAD, 8 NZD, 20 PLN, 1,750 HUF, 600 JPY, 100 ZAR unless otherwise specified. Max bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed as well as bonus rounds (purchased within the game).

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.
