Ive had lots of issues withdrawing money that I won and yet still hasn’t been resolved.

Firstly, I signed up to the website - put some money in and straight away started gambling. I won some money and thought yay I’ll withdraw it. This is where the issues begin. I submitted a withdraw request via Visa and this was the cancelled as I needed to verify my account. Had a horrible time trying to verify my account with photos of my license, bank statements etc. Anyways I got that done then I submitted another withdraw request. This was then denied because apparently they can’t do visa withdraws at the moment. I was then told to request a bank transfer however this is not a selectable withdraw method. The only 2 options are visa and "mifinity". I had never heard of mifinity but decided to make an account (it seems very dodgy and have heard of issues trying to get money from then into your own bank account anyways) but I can’t seem to verify my mifinity account. so basically the money I won on Casiqo is dead money because they won’t allow Visa withdraw and I can’t make a mifinity account. I have spoken to live chat 5 times since and they’re pretty much useless and say "I’ll speak to the manager and email you back" but never email me back. I have been trying to sort this for over 2 weeks now and it’s getting a bit silly.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method (other than MiFinity) to withdraw your winnings? Was your account verified successfully?

no unfortunately the only withdraw method they are giving me is mifinity.

My account is fully verified with all supporting documents. They kept saying to request with "bank transfer" (pretty sure they mean mifinity) but then that gets denied as it is not the same payment method as what I deposited with. They are basically denying to give me any withdraws. Thank you!
