Hello I submitted a withdrawal request from casino win after I hit a decent win. I'd previously deposited a total of 120 over around 3 days and decided I'd cash out. I have yet to still have the amount requested accepted despite my account been verified. All I keep getting told on chat is be patient but 300 pounds is alot of money and I feel that casinowin can take my money and it should not take over 2 weeks too pay my winning out to me. It still has yet to be accepted and still says awaiting

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. I do understand it can take time but this is now 12 business days and it still says awaiting. Chat are not helpful and keep saying be patient, but I've since seen alot of bad press about this casino and now doubting I'll ever see my money
