Problems with payouts. It takes 21 days to receive a withdrawal. I received two in last two months. Third one is "awaiting 26" working days now and customer service is ignoring me. They are scum!!!!

How many successful withdrawals did you make in the past? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings? Did you use any new payment method since your last withdrawal? Since when is the last withdrawal pending?

Hi Nick.

no i did not use any bonus money and i use same payment method. I received two payments in the past. The third one -800£- has status "awaiting" since 3rd february. I have been contacting them but i get response - it’s under investigation and they keep disconecting me from chat.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of CasinoWin.bet to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from CasinoWin.bet. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
