The player's withdrawal is delayed for almost a month. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.
Problems with payouts. It takes 21 days to receive a withdrawal. I received two in last two months. Third one is "awaiting 26" working days now and customer service is ignoring me. They are scum!!!!

no i did not use any bonus money and i use same payment method. I received two payments in the past. The third one -800£- has status "awaiting" since 3rd february. I have been contacting them but i get response - it’s under investigation and they keep disconecting me from chat.
