I have written to vip department who are not replying to my emails. I have had various others withdrawals cancelled by them as they said they had payment dept problems. I have deposited over 10000 euro. I would like help getting my withdrawal.

How long have you been waiting for your withdrawal? Are you fully verified in the casino? Did you use any deposit to accumulate your current balance?
Please note, that it is very common for the casinos to experience some payment provider issues which they can't do nothing with and just have to wait until they fix it. Could you advise what payment method did you use?
