The player is struggling to withdrawal his winnings for over a month even thou he is already verified. The casino failed to reply and we were forced to close this complaint as 'unresolved'.
Hi all,
19th of June I won 4000 eur after 2 months of losing money ( aprox 500 deposited total ) since then I have been waiting for my money ( 30 days ) now . I am a verified member .. I already maybe sent 10 emails and several chats online … I get the same answer every time that financial department has to check .. they never check it for you. They doe reply directly via email but the answers doesn’t help. I got on your site and this worried me as I see more people complaining.
I don’t know what to do now . I am also seeing that they are not replying to other complaints on this site .
4000 is a a lot of money and I have been waiting for 30 days now

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Was your balance generated from real or bonus money? Which payment method did you use? Did you try to use a different payment methods or you've got only that 1 withdrawal request pending? Also please, forward any additional proof or conversation with the casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

This was my first withdrawl. It was generated from deposit bonus and I wagered the whole amount. The payment was done via bank transfer and I have been waiting since 19 June. This is my first and only wirhdrawl. The problem is the answer they give are always the same . No additonal
information , just wait and that’s it . But how long do we have to wait ? I can see they are not responding also to other complaints on this site and that worried me. I will forward all docs

This casino remains unresponsive and after number of repeated efforts to contact them they seem not to engage with complaints on our website. Without the casino entry to the discussion, we can't even start resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will secure this casino's rating on the lowest positions of our rating spectrum.
I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

it is a shame that after almost 2 months They won’t pay out my money
at least they could have returned my deposits which was about 500 eur
but now it feels very bad and they are still live with their casino
