The player from United Kingdom has requested withdrawal almost a month ago. It has been pending since. Casino didn't respond.

I made a withdrawal request on 12th May, initially I was told it will be processed within 7-21 days. It has now gone past 21 days and my withdrawal status hasn't changed. I contacted the Casino via live chat and email. And I get same replay everytime "As I can see, your payout is pending, which means it will go through the standard verification process - gaming, account and financial history. We understand your concern, but sometimes the withdrawal process takes a little longer than expected so you just need to be patient. You will definitely be informed as soon as it is processed. Thank you for your understanding".
My account is fully verified, I just don't know why isit taking so long.
Any help will be much appreciated.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

We had some internal issues and most of them are solved now.

We would like to ask the Casinowin.bet to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
Just to update, casino has stop responding to emails now.
