I made a withdrawal of £200 on the 19th of January 2022 and it's still pending in the casino when I contact them they tell me to be patient

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please confirm that your account has been fully verified already? Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Hi on the site there is a √ saying my account is verified I don't know why the withdrawal is taking so long I get the same answers every time I contact them they say it's got to be checked according to there terms and conditions and I have nothing to worry about then they end the chat

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino.
