played with a bonus and followed all the rules.Reached my wagering requirement and cashed out 1300 dollars.Have been waitng for 34 days thus far and not 1 word from the casino.Live chat making all kinds of excuses as to why its taking so long.Its obvious this casino has no intention on paying me what they owe me.They need to closed as it looks that they are as corrupt as a casino can be

We always try our best to get in touch with the casino, but it seems to be common practice from CasinoWin.bet to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Regardless of many unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep trying, so please let me know how you wish to proceed.

We would really like to help, Senator912, but without the involvement of the casino, it is impossible for us to proceed with complaints. Since the casino has refused to cooperate with us in resolving the player's issues for the last few months, we have no other option than to close this case as unresolved.
