The player from the UK is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino did not respond to us within the given time.
Waiting nearly two months since making withdrawal. They are blaming pandemic but cannot give me any updates on why process is taking so long. Like others say this is a scam site.

Yes been verified. No its first withdrawal. Made on 9th july. Same bog standard replies from casino telling me covid has caused delays in withdrawals.
