I get personalized offer via email with 10fs. I played spins then make wagering. All goes fine till i make wager done. Money dissappeard and support told me that im bonus hunter! I was no bonus hunter when i loose my deposit in the past! I have screenshots and transcript from the chat.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? When did you register into the casino and when was the last time you deposited there? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account is not verified i register my account long time ago. I think 5 maybe 6 years ago. I dont make verification so far because i will not send my private data to scams like casinotoken.com before i make withdrawal. My deposit was made 4 years ago and i login to this casino when i get some offer from them. Look... I will have no problem with that casino if they will not send "personalized offer" to me. But they send that bonus as "personalized offer to me and it cant be use by anyone else" and when i win some money they call me bonus hunter. So what for they send such scams to me? What for are that emails so i cant win? If i loose my money in the past with no problem for them so they should not send bonus for me to give me chance to take my money back.

Can you please forward one of those promotional offers to nikolas.b@casino.guru? Also please can you clarify when was the last time you deposited into the casino? How many of those promotional offers did you claim since your last deposit?

You make an error with email adress but i delete & symbol and forward email with bonus from casino token. I make deposit 4 years ago and visit this casino mostly when i get some offer from them as in said earlier. But 1st thing is that i dont hunt for bonuses. They send me offers by email. So they send them to say im bonus hunter when i win ?

Thank you for the correction.

Please note that as you did not deposit for a long period of time and only claiming the bonuses, the casino might consider it as you are a bonus hunter.

Most of casino have a rule like you have to have a deposit in the last 30 days in order to win anything from a bonus. Other have a rule where they limit the maximum amount of bonuses you can claim after depositing.

Can you please advise how many bonuses did you claim so far and if you did try to withdraw from any of them?

Sorry i was on a trip and didnt check email. I undrestand what you say but this casino send me "personalized offer" and thats my problem. If they select me to get that offer so they should be shame to tell me that im bonus hunter. Its not big amount of cash but the way how they threat customers is beyond of my imagination. I will close my account there and never open that site again.

Most of these offers are not filtered and just sent out to players for example based on the country. However all player in the casino while registering is accepting the casino's terms so should be aware of whether he is eligible for it or not.
