The player from the United States won $50 but encountered issues when trying to redeem $25 to their PayPal account through the Casino Mania app. Despite following instructions to make a minimum payment of $24 for unlocking the redemption feature, multiple attempts to redeem the winnings failed. Due to the casino being licensed by an Italian license, the player will be unable to withdraw as they are from a restricted jurisdiction. The complaint has been rejected.

I won fifty dollars and tried to redeem twenty five of it back to my PayPal account. The casino mania app responded to my attempt telling me that I must first pay minimum of twenty four dollar into the game for coins to permanently unlock the redemption feature. So I did as they said and I bought twenty nine dollars worth of their coins that came with sixty of the sweeps coins so I could redeem just twenty five of my winnings. Then I preceded to try and redeem my twenty five dollars and they told me there was a error and said redemption failure and to try again so after numerous attempts I final realize that they would not credit to my PayPal and they told me I would have to get another PayPal with a new email to redeem my winnings. So I started another PayPal account and then the redemption was successful .... So they said. However they were not being honest. I check my PayPal account and nothing has been credited. Still two days later nothing has been credited to my account. I have attempted to contact them after struggling to even find a way to contact them and they have not responded to my emails. I would advise anyone who will listen to me to stay the f*** away from this game and app they are cheats and will steal your winnings. After making you pay in extra just to try and get them. Stick to luckyland casino and slots they are at least honest and will honor they rules of the game and pay you what you win.heed my warning or get ripped off to😡👎☹️

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hello and thank you very much for any assistance that you are offering to me in this matter. I understand what your saying about it taking time and I will do as you have asked me to and I will give it 14days from the approval of my winnings. However I don't believe it is going to change because I was already upgraded to a silver profile and with that came the 8 hour withdrawals or so they sayover there at casino mania. I will let you know what's up as soon as I reach my 14th day which is just around the corner from now.😉😵‍💫👍thanks again for your help.

No there has not been any thing at all done for me getting what I am owed I am very disappointed in this gaming app. I trusted them and spent the additional $24 to open the redemption feature permanently as they told me I had to do. Still they have not sent my winnings to my PayPal account. This is very much a ripoff that they are doing to me. I know these people make money hand over fist with this app and they still find it necessary to steal from me this is such a raw deal. I will never again invest my money into any app made by them and I will tell everyone that I know about what they have done to me and make sure they don't get any more people to play there ripoff of a game again. So sad. Please help me get what is mine. Please. And thank you

Let's hope that you are able to get them to be honest and do what's right. I can't help but wonder just how many people they do this to??? I'm surly not the first and probably won't be the last. So sad

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear Beeasy210, I was able to contact a casino representative and was told that the casino has an Italian license and therefore it is only for players from Italy. As you are from a restricted jurisdiction you won't be able to withdraw any winnings from this site. I'm sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion.
