The player from India had deposited 2000 and received a matching bonus, but had encountered issues when he attempted to withdraw his earnings. Despite meeting the wagering requirements, the withdrawal had been rejected due to an issue with his chosen deposit method. He had used UPI for deposit and attempted to withdraw via Paytm and Skrill, both attempts had been unsuccessful. His account had not been verified as the casino had not requested for it. He had been advised to wait up to 14 days for the verification and withdrawal process. However, the player lost all his winnings during this period. As a result, we were unable to assist further and the complaint had been closed.

Like seriously casino Guru give them 9.6/10 another SCAMMMING casino I opened account 5 days ago deposit 2000 and they give 2000 bonus which Term that wager required X35 ok thats fine after spending too much time my total balnce not above 40000 so it's clearly means I did passed THEIR wager required thats after LOSSING all my money I start again WITHOUT using bonus and I asked customer support for that if I want withdrawal now should I able customer support say yes but say wager required x1 I said ok then I start play with 2000 and earn 18000 total balnce 20000+ when I try to withdraw they reject showing something went wrong I go to customer support and tell them my problem they said I only withdraw with same method which I use for deposit but I say it's didn't showing in withdraw menu they want screenshot of withdraw option I gave them and now they tell our revelant department mail me ..what type of SCAMM is this if U deposit there is no issue so many options we got when time to withdraw their EXCUSE start and u gave Them HIGH POINT is it a JOKE...???

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Casinoly. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Which method did you use for deposit and which one do you want to use to withdraw? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Based on the screenshot provided, you have to deposit prior to withdrawing balance with the chosen payment method. Also please keep in mind that if you deposit with a method, it doesn't automatically mean that you can use it to withdraw too.

  • I ask for kyc but it's showing its didn't required for now and I deposit via UPI and for withdraw I use in first Paytm and on next attempt go with skrill but both time rejectedfilefile

Hello veermj1212,

Even if not requested from the casino, I would definitely recommend to verify your account by uploading the documents to your casino account, or if not possible that way, to forward them your verification documents to their e-mail support.

Keep in mind that verification and withdrawals (especially the first one), may take up to 14 days. Please let us know regarding your next steps and be sure to wait out the recommended period for these processes.

if we select verification option 1st it didn't open and 2nd if u want deposit they got so many option but when we want withdraw their EXCUESE start Anyway Main problem is when there is no response after 3 day I already Loss all winning Money and I request u casino Guru please don't give any HIGH points for Any RABIDI authority casino they came in Market for only Scamming if they Fair they Contact me immediately as they Can But you see it's already 5 days completed but no Response from Their side and Finally for All new Player who want to join in any RABIDI INT. CASINO THINK TWICE they only Fool U Especially for Indian Player....
