I made 3 withdrawals of 500 euros04/01/2024, 5/01/2024,06/01/2024 and although the 3 withdrawals have disappeared from my account i haven't received any money. When i ask the casino why this is happening they don't give me any specific response. After 2 weeks they remembered to tell me about the verification that until that moment nothing was written on my account. After that, i followed their suggestions and i have sent more than 5 times my card but without explanation, they wanted to confirm it again. Its more than one mont that passed and until now i have no response from them .
