1) These people have not asked me for any verification, they say that no verification is required for withdrawal.


2) I did not take any bonuses in the game.


3) Withdrawal was made in the same method in which I deposited.


4) I had played the game with real money and won and I had completely fair gameplay.


5) I Used Real Details In Casino Account.

Their customer service is very bad, they say that we do not have any information, please mail us. And when I mailed, no reply has come till now, it has been 6 days now.

Sometimes the casino may block the account until the verification process is finished and as it been less than 14 days, I would recommend to wait for the casino to answer. Is there any update from them since?
