I have had a few issues over The last weekend and first was that I had been playing a game called "hell of a spin"and I Received a bonus round and I had like seven Spins Left and the screen glitched out and the game reloaded n I had lost my remaining spins then I had contacted customer support multiple times and followed the directions they gave me with clearing my cookies/cache and it should load back to the place it left of I cleared my cache/cookies multiple times ever restarted my phone a couple of times and nothing changed nothing was done I deposited 15$ the first time & u get the bonus claw after depositing n I waited till the next day to use the bonus claw thing and when I was playing I had 14seconds left n it did the same thing that the game "hell of a spin" did but I went to try and to see if it was jus random error and I would get to finish my round I had deposited another 15 before I played the bonus claw thing hoping the previous problem the day before had been resolved n then I would have another round of the bonus claw to play n I talked to customer chat and the 1st person I talked to said there were no errors on any of the games I had played and was really rude then I got frustrated n gave up the next day I tried logging in and it kept giving me some weird error bout logging into many times n to clear my cookies/cache when finally ableto log in customer chat was once again rude then closed. The chat while I was typing out my msg n when I sent it another agent received it and asked what I meant and I repeated what I had said to the agent before her and her response was please. Be patient it takes 24hours for any adjustments or issues to be resolved and I should try the next day to see if anything was fixed or dealt with and it's been 3days now and nothing has changed n I'm annoyed

The issue was with Hell of a spin as well as the bonus claw. I couldn't get screenshots as the games glitched out and then they reset to quickly. The $30 is for the two deposits I added which I honestly would be okay with receiving another bonus claw chance and some free spins in place of if I can't get those back. I play at this casino regularly and it is pretty much one of the only casinos I play at regularly....it really sucked when on hell of a spin I had just begun the scatter it hit $60 on thr first spin and normally if a game glitches like this you can go back and the scatter will continue but this time it did not and it has bothered me a lot trying to figure out what I can do about this. However without screenshots of these things I don't know how to prove it... but I wanted to try. If needed I can show deposits and spin records but that is all I have. I don't see what I'm looking for but there may be something I missed

Thank you for your reply, kjlovefor604. I am sorry, but it would be close to impossible to prove that the casino deliberately does this and that the issue is not caused by other factors such as your internet connection. To pursue cases like this we need bulletproof evidence.

However, you can always contact the licensing authority or the game provider as they have more advanced tools and options to help players in similar situations and investigate what happened.
