The player's unable to withdraw his balance for unknown reason. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money.

I have been playing at this particular Casino for quite some time now.
Unfortunately I have an issue when I do a download.
While my account is verified and having made withdrawals in the past, in my last withdrawal my withdrawals were suspended.
By sending a message to the Helpdesk, they say that the Specialists will solve it, while until recently my withdrawals were made normally.
This is unacceptable as my account is verified and I have made withdrawals in the past.

Could you please advise when was the last time you received a payout from the casino? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? What do you mean by "suspended" - did it get rejected or what is the issue with it? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

The last ascension was at the end of May.
The money was earned without any active bonus.
My withdrawals are Pending and while I talk to the chat every day they are unable to give me any explanation.
I should point out that my account is verified and I have made withdrawals in the past.
The last time I spoke with the casino was today.
The excuse is that they do not know the reason why the withdrawals did not proceed and that the Specialists have taken over.
