The player from Ireland had a bonus added to his account automatically. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

The casino applied a sign up bonus without asking me if I wanted the bonus which means I had to abide by the terms and conditions. I find this to be very questionable behaviour as they are forcing the bonus on you without asking. Never playing there again.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have created an account and tried to deposit funds. When choosing my preferred payment method, I was given an option to redeem bonus or not. Have you opted out from a promotional offer when depositing funds into your account?
