The player from Ireland had a bonus added to his account automatically. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
The casino applied a sign up bonus without asking me if I wanted the bonus which means I had to abide by the terms and conditions. I find this to be very questionable behaviour as they are forcing the bonus on you without asking. Never playing there again.

When choosing my preferred payment method, I was given an option to redeem bonus or not. Have you opted out from a promotional offer when depositing funds into your account?
I wish I could be of more help unfortunately, if the casino shares all the relevant information on its website, there is not much I can do for you in this matter. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
