This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Thank you for your reply, anzedvanajscak. Unfortunately, there is a lot of situations (sometimes unexpected) that might occur and slow down the whole withdrawal process. It is hard to predict the exact date when the withdrawal reaches the player's bank account, therefore we always give it a few days before we contact the casino and ask what is going on.
I will leave this complaint opened, and if there is no development within 14 days, we will intervene. Thank you for understanding and please, keep us updated in the meantime.

Yes is is true. On on wednesday i must have got money on account but they canceled withdrawal without any special reason.. I even dont know what the reason was. So i send you ok your mail everything🙂

Hello Kristina. They said that the money should be on my bank account today. But there is still nothing yet. This is now seriously a big problem. It has been 14 days and still nothing. Now it is opened another investigation.. i send them screenshots of my bank account from the February 28 till today. I will not send anything more because i send it first time and there was nothing done.. Please help and tell them that they can see on the screenshots everything
