The player from Slovenia requested a withdrawal a few days ago, but it’s been pending since. The casino said they paid the player but the player didn't confirm this yet. As the player stopped responding, we are closing the complaint as rejected.

Hello.. I make a withdrawal in casinochan.. they said it will take from 1-3 bussines days.. But today is 5th bussines day and still

nothing.. money is still not on my bank account..

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you. Thank you for your understanding.

thank you for your help. I write a complain because they said thad i should get money on monday.. and then on Tuesday.. every day is the different answer. They are making fun of players who use their site.

Thank you for your reply, anzedvanajscak. Unfortunately, there is a lot of situations (sometimes unexpected) that might occur and slow down the whole withdrawal process. It is hard to predict the exact date when the withdrawal reaches the player's bank account, therefore we always give it a few days before we contact the casino and ask what is going on.

I will leave this complaint opened, and if there is no development within 14 days, we will intervene. Thank you for understanding and please, keep us updated in the meantime.

Hi Kristina.. They dont want to make a withdrawal.. they accepted the withdrawal and said thad was succesfuly provided but now they declined it.. please help me because they are not serious casino…

Yes is is true. On on wednesday i must have got money on account but they canceled withdrawal without any special reason.. I even dont know what the reason was. So i send you ok your mail everything🙂

I fully understand your frustration, anzedvanajscak. However, processing a withdrawal can take a few days, so I would suggest that you wait for a few more days, and if there is no development within a week, we will intervene. Hello Kristina. They said that the money should be on my bank account today. But there is still nothing yet. This is now seriously a big problem. It has been 14 days and still nothing. Now it is opened another investigation.. i send them screenshots of my bank account from the February 28 till today. I will not send anything more because i send it first time and there was nothing done.. Please help and tell them that they can see on the screenshots everything

Unfortunately, we’re closing this case because the player hasn’t responded to our messages and questions. Even if we’ve assumed that the issue has been resolved, without confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.
