The player from Australia is experiencing difficulties withdrawing her winnings due to ongoing verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
The withdrawal process is complicated as they require too many verification documents, for example -
Bank account that shows deposit
Proof of address, ID.
I have made two attempts at providing all these documents but because they were screenshots or pdf/jpg they were rejected and withdrawal cancelled.
