The player from Australia is highly dissatisfied with the verification process which requires confidential documents. Furthermore, the player is complaining about slow casino support. We rejected this complaint as the player was using offensive language and refused to cooperate.

They are fraudsters they don’t cashout  the money back and they ask for very confidential documents and they and never answer quickl.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner.
