I registered first time so I can try their online gaming in their website. I was attracted by 100% bonus and 30 FS.. I deposited 25cad and entered BERLIN as their promo code.. I did it twice.. When I already loose the 50 i began wondering, when and where will I get the Bonus amd the FS.. I asked them thru chat and the agent told me that I did not.. It was so upsetting.. Case like this they have to be lenient because other players spevially old guys are not really paying attention. They should have the ability to give the bonus back even for the fact that the players probably committed a mistake.. They said the balance is not there anymore so they could not make anymore adjustments.. Ripping off indeed is their Game.. Sorry.. Have to be back to Casino Classic amd Luxury casino..
