As we can see from the history, the player had a bank transfer withdrawal that was rejected by the bank compliance and was advised to use the BTC withdrawal instead, but the player requested a bank transfer again, which was rejected one more time. After that, he started a BTC withdrawal on 23 Jun 2021.

Also, the confirmation email was sent on 23 Jun 2021 at 23:14, in which there is information on the waiting period of withdrawals, that it can take up to 21 working days until the transfer arrives in the player's bank account. As of this moment, withdrawal is still pending. We hope it should be sorted out soon.
