Hi ,


I played with 777.NL casino … I won €100 bonus with there summer action 1 time wager .. managed to play .. and I play same numbers

31/27/0/17/5/28/29/23/20/14/ on 31/0/27 always high … i play live roulette with evolution. So I did …. 31/27 etc … when I did my bets on time .. just before the ball ends I got a message iMessage to late to put my bets and everything was gone … 31 came … next round … same 31 came .. third round came 31 …same message every time .. unbelievable.. ime always on time .. I managed to take some screenshots. I contacted the casino but they shut me down , also chat with evolution . Now they are trying to look for a answer … this is so not right . I can sent you some screenshots.. because this is a never ending story … they ask me in the beginning to put something in trust pilot , I gave 4 stars .. now 2 .. I lost my winning … so is this a case ?

lets see if this going to happen , or maybe a email with information.


unfortunately they didn’t called as promised .


i sent them a polite email , they are going to sent me a mail to make a new appointment, no news about my money is yet there .

They promised me either 19.00 or later today ( didn’t happened… so told them 09.00-10.00 tommorow morning . Preferably a email in advance if there is already any information about my lost money .

Funds where first deduct but then back .. they where accepted .. but then suddenly the message i was to late … that’s impossible

Three times on a row … especially with high bet on 31 …. The moment the betting is open I put first the 31 /27/0/17 …. So it’s impossible that I was to late to bet … and the message was just before result 31 came

new update !


the manager did called me …. They saw al the screenshots and they put it to the provider because i do have a case ….. we agreed to give it a couple of days …. News will be communicated by email !!!!!!!!!


so for now I need to wait ….. manager was understandable and friendly.

again I tried to contact the casino manager , she looked disappeared , no info no nothing .


they can’t tell me anything… live chat is only saying the will inform them … I regret I accept €134 because now it looks like I agreed … but not !!!!!!!! The screenshots from the bettings are more then clear . So is this the game from the provider ? Casino .. who is responsible in this matter ?

Thank you, Beast777, for all your emails and replies. Please understand that no casino will honor your potential winnings and the refund was offered, much likely, as a goodwill gesture. If your bets have never been accepted and your funds were not deducted you are not entitled to any winnings. The whole issue might have been caused by bad Internet connection.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.
