casino777.be opened an account with my email address secretly without telling me. When I found out about this, I sent them emails from my email address to request to close this illegal account. They refused. They keep this account open for their own benefit. Not only that, they keep asking me to send them the copy of my personal ID, front and back page, so they can steal more from me. Be careful! Stay away from this scam company. They steal people's email address and personal ID information. They are big shameless thief!

Thank you for contacting us. I have checked the casino’s website for options to close an account and unsubscribe from all correspondence with the casino and its services, and this is what I found (here)


"Self-exclusion option

Besides deposit limits, you can also request a complete self-exclusion via the Belgian Gaming Commission, which includes all online and offline Belgian gaming establishments. You can request it via https://www.gamingcommission.be/opencms/opencms/jhksweb_en/protection/forbid/free/. Once this process is completed you will be included in the Excluded Persons Information System (EPIS), a centralised system maintained by the Federal Justice department."

To answer the question (on the top left of this page), the amount is 0.


For now, I only need to close my account with casino777.be without release any of my personal information.


I have read through the EPIS site you provide to me and look through its application form. It is for helping people to fight against gambling addiction, which is not my case, and it also needs my personal information and copy of my personal ID. Therefore, it is not the option for me.


Is there any website or email address of Federal Justice department in their country to monitor and control casino's wrong doing?


I really appreciate all the works you have done for me.

I would recommend sending an email including all the relevant information to support@casino777.be. In this way, you’ll have proof of such action. Specify in the request for how long you wish your account to be closed and clearly state the reason why. Additionally, email "Subject" should be clearly marked and easily recognizable as casino support receives many requests per day hence, if it’s visibly marked you stand a better chance to have your request granted as soon as possible.
