The player from United Kingdom is complaining about nonexistent casino live support. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.
This site has the worst (non-existent) customer service. No-one responds to emails sent to the Support function, no-one engages on the Live Chat function and the telephone number does not work.
If you have an issue there is literally no way to contact/connect with anyone at this site.
Avoid this site at all costs.

I gave up and played and lost the money in the account. I saw no way of collecing it.
I must have sent 10 emails to the support email address and received no replies. I've waited over an hour on the 'Live Chat' facility but still not connected with an agent and the telephone number on the site does not work. They should not be able to operate like this, surely there are licensing obligations that need to fulfilled.
