Hello good day my complaint is they wont approve my withdrawal

Because the casino say, they have not received my deposit 5 days ago i have send them proof that is from my bank its clear they are stalling payment thank you forgive me for my english

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you Kristina for the fast reply appreciate it, i agree whit you but only this casino is saying i cant withdrawal because they dont have the deposit yet so i cant withdrawal.

now i deposit 50 and started playing with 50 euro then wen the customer wins the casino says wel we dont have the deposit you cant withdrawal dont you think we are going in a wrong direction i send them proof its from my bank whats next send the deposit back if the player wins and keep it if he is losing.

Verification is oke i deposit and play why should a player wait 2 weeks casino guru? most players get frustrated play there funds then you say complaint is unjustified.
