The player from the UK is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
On 24/07/21 (Saturday night) I signed up to casino planet and deposited a total of £300. I won and ended up withdrawing £3000. On 25/07/21 (Sunday morning) I was asked to send in verification documents which I did the same morning. Driving license verified my proof of Id and address almost immediately but the front and back picture of my debit card used to make the deposits wasn't verified until 28/07/21 (Wednesday evening) coincidentally almost immediately after my first live chat asking why my withdrawal was still pending. Yesterday (29/07/21) I had another live chat questioning why my withdrawal was still pending now that my account is fully verified and I was told it is going through additional "routine checks" due to the amount but couldn't be told the progress of these so called checks because they are carried out by a different department. I feel planet casino are using "unreasonable delay" hoping that I reverse the withdrawal . I need help resolving this.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
