There was both times trying to with drawl my $1500 out

both times they said it was bonus money I used I disputed that as it was only real money of mine I played with.

I was sent apology letters to say sorry it was there fault


I still have not received my $1500


Casino moons has now closed down my account saying they can so with out reason


STILL I have not received my wire transaction

I have screen shots of all conversations and pending approval of payments that is outstanding to be paid


i am not happy with this site and need this to rectified ASAP please

your site said this was a good site to spend and play money on


they have not given me a reason to say they are a legitimate site

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Was your account verified? How long since your account is closed? Are you 100% sure that you did not claim any no deposit or deposit promotion? Also please, forward any additional proof or conversation with the casino to nikolas.b @casino.guru.

I am trying to send screen shot of conversations between my self a moon casino but it won’t let me send you pics


I had to do 2 with drawls attempts

my first one being of $1500

that was pending


Then I was approved with drawl only $100 from the 7 July out of the $1500 that I had submitted to with draw

I contacted Casino moon and asked them why was I given only $100 approvel as I only used only my cash to play with no promotions added

Casino Moon then reviewed my withdrawal again and apologised saying they were wrong and has now approved the rest of the money now being $1400

The remaining $1400 was approved on the 9th of July

waiting 15days as from the 7th for the first $100 and the 9th July for the $1400

The Account was closed after the apology email that was on the 17th of July


how can I do this please

Hello Alan,

As I see you were able to send screenshots, however I would like you to ask to send them here in the future: nikolas.b@casino.guru. From the received screenshots it is shown that the payment should be processed within 15 bussiness days, which should be around end of this or the start of the next week. I would recommend to wait until monday at least to see if it arrives as it may take longer to appear on your bank account. If the money won't arrive till then, we will be trying to contact the casino to give us an explanation of the delayed payment.
