The player from Australia isn’t satisfied with the casino’s services. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Machines pay very little and when you speak to support they ignore your questions and close the chat. I was also told that support can’t close my account but then support did close my account. What gives this casino the right to lie to customers. Why are they allowed to do this?

Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work.
