I requested a withdrawal of € 800 on October 29, 2020, this is my first withdrawal in this casino, since the above date I have been waiting for the end of processing or something similar, I am always put off by customer support and they say that the finance department does not Gave feedback on my complaints.
I have fully verified my account with my documents.
The bonus was completely implemented and even played a little more, far beyond the bonus actually implemented.
I have been waiting for the payment or for processing to be completed for 8 weeks, but nothing comes.
I am really upset.
Ich habe am 29.10.2020 eine Auszahlung I.h.v. 800€ beantragt, dies ist meine erste Auszahlung in diesem Casino, seit dem o.g. Datum warte ich auf ein Ende der Bearbeitung oder ähnliches, vom Kundensupport werde ich immer vertröstet und es heißt, dass die Finanzabteilung keine Rückmeldung zu meinen Beschwerden gegeben hat.
ich habe mein Konto vollständig verifiziert mit meinen Dokumenten.
Der Bonus wurde komplett umgesetzt und sogar noch etwas mehr gespielt, also weit über den eigentlich umgesetzten Bonus hinaus.
Seit 8 Wochen warte ich auf die Auszahlung oder auf eine beende Bearbeitung, aber es kommt nichts.
Ich bin richtig verärgert.

The casino had given me feedback that the payout was delayed and that they had requested the payout again, after 2 days the status was set to Accepted yesterday the payout was updated again.
I will report again when I have received the money.

Das Casino hatte mir Rückmeldung gegeben, dass die Auszahlung verzögert wurde und das sie die Auszahlung erneut angefragt haben, nach 2 Tagen wurde der Status auf Akzeptiert gesetzt gestern kam eine erneute Aktualisierung der Auszahlung.
ich berichte erneut, wenn ich das Geld erhalten habe.
