I made a withdrawal and it finally got approved on the 22nd on October and still isn't in my account. They told me it would take 1 to 3 business days and then told me up to 5 business days and its been way beyond that now. I feel like I'm getting scammed out of my money. It's the first withdrawal I had ever made on casino lab. Every other site I use the money at the most takes a couple hours to go in. After reading other complaints now I feel they do this to alot of other people and its not right. I just want my money back

Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings? Is your account fully verified?

Please note that we always recommend to every player to wait at least 14 days for the money to arrive on your account specially if it's your first ever withdrawal request.

Hi nick they closed my account when I contacted them about my withdrawal. They had asked me if I was waiting for my withdrawal because I needed the money for essentials and that. And I basically said that everything in life is essential so they took tjat as Me having a gambling problem and excluded me. I dont think I'm fully verified they never asked for anything else other than my normal details and my bank details. I feel like they are trying to screw me over just seem like a scammy casino and it's not fair.

Also I cant see the chats anymore either as they closed my account. I do have emails of them promising me I would have my money between 1 and 5 days and it's way over that now

Here's an update. They wanted my email statement so I sent it through email then they said it was approved and they put the money back in my account so I can withdrawal again? Which is great and all but I can't log into my account because they closed it! I have made a complaint everyday to them and they just won't get back to me now and I don't know what to do. My account is verified and my money is just sitting in the account. This is crazy they are scammers! I'm so angry I have never had this issue with any other casino please help me

They keep saying that I'm their top priority. I have wrote them every single day. I cant beleive that casino lab is allowed to be open. They screw people over I shoukd have read reviews before joining 🙄
