The documents were requested and approved... it was then that I requested the withdrawal via skrill after several days contacting support they informed me that it would not be possible to make the payment in skrill that I would have to add a wallet that received via bitcoin, in Last Wednesday I canceled my withdrawal and added my address to be paid in bitcoin on binance, support advised me that in 3 days I would be paid and so far nothing.

Please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
