Hi,I won $800 on a tournament then I had to verify my acc and show them how I funded my acc,3months of payslips they asked for,I sent them in but must of missed some dates so I got my wrk to send to me then I emailed them on to them,then weeks go by months now and they have everything that they asked for and then I ask for updates n they say they hvnt received my emails,and then I get a email saying they hve received them then again I ask 4 update of my acc and they reply again saying they hvnt received all payslips,which I get mad and say to them,do I hve to do yur job 4 u because u hve received them because I hve a email here saying use hve,then they reply saying yes sorry about that and that it's outta there hands and they r waitn on the relevant team ..so weeks go by I kp askn the same thing,cn I hve a update on my acc..well still depositing and playing and waiting I start gtn technical issues and games start to close then BOOM I hve to login cos they logged me out,but WAIT it gets worse,I still hve funds in my account about$60+ but I cudnt log bak in,it's saying select login issues so I select that option and then no reply still cnt login so I do it multiple times after that and still no reply about login issues,then I'm gtn really frustrated so I start emailing them again about a UPDATE OF MY ACC N NOW WHY CANT I LOGIN!!! TO WHICH NO REPLY!! I just think that's totally ratchet of them,I sent in 3months payslip I.d blah blah and no reply afta months..I think they think that il jst let it go n not care anymore,thank fully a friend has refereed me too use..thank use 4 existing I wudnt no wot to do.

If use ND any thing to support this I cn send in stack loads of emails..

Do I understand correctly the withdrawal request from your win of $800 was still pending? Could you indicate when exactly you requested the withdrawal and when exactly you submitted the requested documents regarding the payment method? What was the casino’s last relevant reply to your issues and when was it?

Hi I'm just trying to send u emails from them.no I didn't get to withdraw it cos they emailed me saying I come 6th and we want to credit $800 2 yur acc bt first plz verify yur source of income.i sent them in about a week later then they requested more dates so I got those then I kept askn for update and they jst say we are waiting on the relevant team to get bak to us as we hvnt heard bak from them yet..and there last reply was last year december

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear Yannick,


I have contacted the casino representative and found out the casino is closed. We cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime and you will be notified about it by email.

In the meantime, I recommend that you contact the Malta Gaming Authority (https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/) and submit a complaint to them. It is a good licensing authority and has better options and tools to help players. Please let me know if you need any further help with submitting a complaint to MGA (stefan.m@casino.guru).

I wish I could be of more help. I sincerely hope you will not come across a problem like this again.
