The player from United Kingdom has been experiencing difficulties withdrawing her winnings for more than two weeks. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
Was asked supply documents verify account, Id and address was verified straight away. Payment sent pictures of both sides of my bank card and picture proof of my PayPal account which I submitted twice as was not showing approved. Have had withdrawal for 1400 pending since 15th May. When ring company goes to recorded message. Chat bot tells you email them. Have emailed few times and no response. Have checked my junk mail regular no communication from them received. Have also checked reviews and this seems be problem for many people at moment.

I received one withdrawal before I was asked to be verified. I have been waiting nearly three weeks for verification. My first two I'd and address verified immediately which then allowed me to deposit with my payment sources which they have not verified and then won so withdrew 1420 which they take 20 for so I get 1400. The website states 72 hours max. I finally got hold of someone Tuesday on live chat rather than the autobot who confirmed they had all paperwork but another department does the verification and they have a backlog. If you look on line there have been loads of reviews stating same issue. £1400 is a lot of money to be waiting same issue
I have just had email confirming verification this morning. Checked my account and withdrawal still pending
