I opened casino game gods like I did several other sister sites under the Genises brand. All the other sites under the brand had selected my currency GBP automatically but casino gods did not and I had assumed the dollar sign $ was part of the pages 'Greek mythology' theme. So anyway, I deposited on the 2nd Feb £10 GBP via a prepaid paysafe voucher and was only credited $10 credits, and again I deposit £10 paysafe voucher and was only credited with $10 like I said I thought it was part of the theme or I would have contacted chat immediately (when I did realise I did contact chat and ask them to change it to GBP but they didn't ) so anyway I got up to $500.00 withdrawal I  theb depsoited $10 USD ( which charged me correctly £7.58) from my debit card so I could withdrawback onto it. They said it would be processed but then declined my request the following day and said it was a hiccup on their side and I had done everything correctly and my £500.00 would be sent to me the next morning however it wasn't I tried logging in and they had blocked my account! Said it was because it was in USD and my withdrawal would still be sent to me. I then go an email that night to say I would only receive a €470 euro withdrawal was turned to £395.00 when it did hit my bank account so it's leaving me with missing funds of around £115.00 / $160.00. the casino has said this is due to currency However they only gave me $10 credits with my initial £10.00 paysafe card deposit therefore the value should remain the same as they didn't give me $13-$14 dollars to play with. I have filled with IBAS as the site was being uncooperative (lieing to me on chat turning their phones off, not relying to emails etc) I hope ibas agree with me and have these con artists return my money!

Since we didn’t receive any additional information from the player regarding an actual outcome from IBAS, we can assume, that the issue got resolved. We are rejecting the complaint as ‘unjustified‘ in our system.
