Hi!


I deposit several Times and the last deposit whas 20€ and i won 1000.

I make a withdrawl of 1000€.

Documents approved. Now.. i can only withdrawl 10x the ammount of deposit so, 200€.

The other 800€ they Just take it away, its my fair winnings. They dont want to give it back to my account and they onley say you have a limit..

How its possible they Just take my fair winnings away? Its 800€!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the T&Cs, and this is what I found:

"13.6. If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €500, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €500 accumulated deposit amount."

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider this rule to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play. Please, could you confirm, that you have accumulated winnings from a real money play and didn’t claim any bonuses? Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Hi,

I dit not play with a bonus. Only with my deposit in a real money game. So i deposit 20, win 1000 and they took 800 € away. They say they have proceed my withdrawl. The ammount is 200€.

When i make the withdrawl i coud fill in 1000€, so it shows: Pending withdrawl 1000€. I get 200 🙁

Hello Vasthi44.

I completely agree with you, you should get full amount. Unfortunately, there are casinos which are not fair at all and you played in one of them.

The rule:

is completelly unfair.

This casino has from us bad reputation rating and we are trying to warn players about such rules in our review as you can see here:

We already tried to convince these casinos that their terms and conditions are very predatory but they refused to change them. We can try to address your complaint to them but I am afraid that they won't accept that this rule is unfair and use their common argument that you agreed with the rule when you register and if you don't like them you shouldn't play in their casino.


I would strongly recommend you to always check the casino on our website before you decide to first time deposit.

Ms Vasthi was paid the maximum withdrawal amount on her gain.

As I wrote before, we can only close this complaint as unresolved and pointing out that this rule is predatory.

I am very sorry, Vasthi44. There is nothing more we can do about it. Please next time play only in casinos with a good or perfect reputation.
