I very seldom complain, but when I log in I seldom get the opertunity to view transactions and also don’t recieve all of the bonus options. I literally have a completely different version of cashier most of the time without some of my options and often missing bonuses. I’ve had no help with customer service, if I ask them to know some sort of transaction record and tell them I can’t see it, they don’t ask why I can’t see it. I know it’s possible because I’ve had the option a few times. Also in a side note, up until a couple days ago, I used to receive a loyalty reward the day after a deposit, every time after a deposit. Now the last two days ive deposited and nothing. I don’t understand and again a vague response from customer service. Thanks.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege of receiving further bonuses. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

Casinos are not obligated to reward their players with bonuses and bonus privileges can be limited or revoked at any time without further notice.

In regard to your first concern, I'm not quite sure I understand what kind of transaction history you'd like to obtain. Could you please elaborate?
