The player's uncredited deposit from 2 months ago was still not refunded. The casino requested a document from the player that was never delivered. We rejected the complaint because the player stopped responding to our messages and questions and we weren't able to proceed with further investigation.

On 23 April 2022 I Deposit two 10000 rupees use PHONE PE UPI to my casino days account, all two transaction was successful and amount got debited from my bank account but deposit of INR two 10000 rupees both was not reflected back in casino days account.


I contacted customer support immediately and they said "transaction was unsuccessful at our side it will be refunded back to my bank account in 7-14 days" but still its not deposited to casino days account or my bank account, so I contacted them again and this time they asked for bank statement from which I immediacy sent on casino days account email.

Problem is still pending from last two months, my amount is not refunded or not added back into casino days account.

there is no update after contacting many times to casino days live chat support but not taking any effort to solve this issue .


I need money urgently for hospital purpose but casino days team not solve this case so,


I ask CASINO GURU team to look into this and hopefully my problem will get resolved soon.

@CASINO DAYS team I was happy customer of yours but with this experience I am very disappointed with service and support.

When exactly did the casino promise the refund? When was the last time you spoke to the casino regarding this issue and what did they respond? Did you try to get a refund through a different payment method? Did you contact your payment provider to look into this case?

When exactly did the casino promise the refund?


A. NO, casino days not promised me. exactly not tells me any time Or date they refund the money.


When was the last time you spoke to the casino regarding this issue and what did they respond? 


A. I spoke them on 30 june 2022, the casino not answer properly, they block my account, not responding to my emails.


Did you try to get a refund through a different payment method?


A. YES, I asked casino days at least please provide 20000 rupees bonus money with 10x wager, but casino days not giving.


Did you contact your payment provider to look into this case?


A. YES, I contact my Bank two times I am go to my bank branch and ask them help but my bank said it is successful transaction. And also I contacted my phone pe upi app through customer support service they also said from our side money transaction successful please contact your money received person said.

please casino days, why are you doing this to me. what mistake I did. I am suffering from fistula medical problems. my family is very poor, my father is daily labor,iam unemployed. I lost all my health and wealth. I lost 300000 loan money in your casino days site but your so cruel and unethical your not giving back my missing deposit money two 10000 rupees. Again I am submit my latest bank statement and my missing two 10000 rupees screen shot of bank details and Txn.ID, Bank Ref.No, details and date time all transaction details please see carefully upi. id of two 10000 rupees transaction details.. casinoguru team please help me and tell casino days it is successful transaction I promise my money is debited from my bank account and not added to casino days account balance. Dear player,


In response to your query, I can confirm that our team has already contacted and instructed you multiple times regarding the missing transactions, and additionally, we have sent you screenshots of the exact transactions that you need to check with your Bank provider, but we have not received any evidence that you have contacted your Bank Provider yet.


Additionally, in your complaint above you do not mention the refund you received from one of the three deposits of 10,000 INR you made on April 23rd, which was completed on May 4th, and those funds were sent to your Bank account.


Again, we kindly ask you to contact your bank provider and if you have already done so, please include their response in your support of your claims

I contacted my bank (Punjab national Bank) two months ago. I asked bank staff please put a recall request,one of the senior officer raised recall request one month back but your bank(money received bank) rejected my recall request.

As we have mentioned before, you have been asked to contact your Bank about the missing transactions, and the fact that you still have not provided us with evidence of the response from your Bank clearly shows that you have not yet contacted the Bank Provider directly (in this case Punjab National Bank).


If you will be able to provide us with a copy of the reply from your Bank Provider as soon as possible, we will be able to assist you further
